Presenting Time

40 minutes: 32 minutes talk + 8 minutes Q&A
30 minutes: 22 minutes talk + 8 minutes Q&A
15 minutes: 12 minutes talk + 3 minutes Q&A

Computers

Speakers are requested to bring their own personal computers when making their presentations. Backup PC/Mac is also available.

In addition, please make sure to bring the following:
1. An AC adaptor for your computer.
2. Appropriate converter to connect your computer to HDMI connector. An appropriate converter to connect to the LAN cable in case the presentation should be delivered by Zoom.
3. Back up data.

Preview

To avoid technical difficulties, we would like to preview your presentation before the actual presentation. Speakers are requested to check their computer connections during break time before your presentation is scheduled. Preview for the speakers in the morning session will be accepted 30 minutes before the session begins.

Poster Presenters

Time of Posting, Presentation and Removal

Posters should be put up on the allocated poster board until the last day of the symposium. Presenters should be by their poster boards for discussion during the poster sessions. Please see the "Program" (TBA) for details.

Poster Session 1: Thursday, March 6 (Day 2) 13:00 - 14:30
Poster Session 2: Friday, March 7 (Day 3) 13:15-14:30
All posters should be taken down by 16:30, Friday, March 7.

Poster Information

Presenters are asked to include the title, presenter’s name and affiliation on the poster. A 20 cm X 20 cm space in the upper left corner should be left blank for the poster number, provided by the symposium secretariat.

Poster Number

Your poster number will be available on "Program" (TBA).

Display

Poster number will be displayed on each poster panel. Please find your poster number and place your poster on the appropriate panel. Push pins needed to post the poster will be prepared at the venue.

Panel Size

The maximum size of the panel is W90 cm X H180 cm. Please see diagram below for poster image.
