Participation Fee
FREE
Lunch and Banquet fee required separately - optional
- Lunch: 1,000 JPY each day
- Banquet: 5,000 JPY (General) / 1,000 JPY (Student)
* The banquet may be cancelled depending on the situation at the time with the COVID-19 pandemic.
* Fees will be collected on the event day by cash in Japanese Yen.
* Request for cancellation for the lunch and banquet must be sent by email to the secretariat by Friday, January 13, 2023. Cancellations after this date will not be accepted.

Registered information including the e-mail address will be printed in the abstract book.

The authors' names should be written in full and the presenting author's name should be underlined. Please add the country name after the affiliation. When you have co-author(s), please follow the example below:

Accepted abstracts will be reformatted to fit the design of the abstract book, copies of which will be provided to all registered participants in a downloadable format.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to your e-mail address. Please ensure that you have entered your e-mail address correctly when submitting your registration. Please retain a copy of the e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact the secretariat.
Notice of Acceptance
All registrations and submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee. Notification of the result of the abstracts for oral presentation will be sent in November October 2022. Notification of the abstracts for poster presentation will be sent in December 2022.
