Lunch and Banquet fee required separately (optional).
Lunch & Banquet Fee
· Lunch: 1,500 JPY each day
· Banquet: 6,000 JPY (General) / 1,500 JPY (Student)
Request for cancellation must be sent by email to the secretariat by Friday, February 20, 2026. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be accepted.

If you are submitting an abstract, please prepare your abstract in advance.
If you wish to order lunch or plan to join the banquet, credit card information is required. Please prepare in advance.
Registered information including the e-mail address will be printed in the abstract book, copies which will be provided to all registered participants in downloadable PDF format. (Password protected).

Capitalize the first letter of the title

The authors' names should be written in full and the presenting author's name should be underlined. Please add the country name after the affiliation. When you have co-author(s), please follow the example below:

Accepted abstracts will be reformatted to fit the design of the abstract book, copies of which will be provided to all registered participants in downloadable PDF format (Password protected).

A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to your e-mail address. Please ensure that you have entered your e-mail address correctly when submitting your registration. Please retain a copy of the e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact the secretariat.
Notice of Acceptance
All registrations and submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee. Notification of the result of the abstracts for oral presentation will be sent in December 2025. Notification of the abstracts for poster presentation will be sent in early February 2026.
