Invited Speaker Talks

Videos of recorded talks will be available for viewing from Friday, February 19, 2021 through the members-only webpage. Videos will also be played for viewing through the online program. Q&A sessions will be held in real-time.

Questions can be sent in advance or live through the "Slido" on the members-only webpage. If you wish to speak up during the live Q&A session, please use the "raise hand" function.

Notice: ID/Password is required to log in to the members-only webpage. The ID/Password will be sent by e-mail to each registrant, but if you do not receive an e-mail with this information by Friday, February 19, 2021, please contact the symposium secretariat.

Poster Presentations

Poster sessions will be held in real time using the Zoom breakout room function. On each day of the symposium, we plan to have three breakout rooms with about ten presentations in each breakout room. Participants will be able to move freely from one breakout room to another.

To encourage active discussion during the session, we ask the poster presenters to submit a few slides in PDF format in advance, which will be uploaded to the members-only webpage from Friday, February 19, 2021 onward. In addition to having presenters answering questions in real time during the poster session, we will also accept questions submitted in advance of the session.

Presenters will give a 5–10 minute talk using their presentation slides. An additional 5–10 minutes will be allocated for Q&A with a total of 15 minutes per presentation. The Chair of each breakout room will moderate the sessions.

Questions can be sent in advance or live through "Slido" on the members-only webpage. Slido rooms are separated by poster groups (Poster Group A-C). First, select the group you want to join. Then click "Add label" and check the poster number to indicate which poster your question relates to and then enter your question. Please make sure that you "Add label" when typing in your question. If you wish to speak up during the live Q&A session, please use the "raise hand" function.
