The symposium will be delivered by Zoom Webinar.
You will be able to access the links to the Zoom webinars and poster sessions, download the abstracts, see the on-demand (recorded) videos and use the Slido (Interactive Q&A tool) through the members-only webpage. We ask everyone to download the abstract book in advance to reduce server load during the symposium.
You will be notified by e-mail of your ID/Password to log in to the members-only webpage. If you have not received the e-mail with your login ID/password by Friday, February 19, 2021, please e-mail: bdr-sympo2021@ml.riken.jp.
- We recommend that you install Zoom into your computer or other devices (https://zoom.us/).
- Update the software to the latest version.
- Check the Zoom support guidelines if you are a first-time Zoom user (https://support.zoom.us/).
- Login to the Zoom webinar with your full name in English.
- Please DO NOT share or disclose your ID/Password and Zoom links with others.
- Please DO NOT let unregistered participants view the meeting or the videos.
- Please DO NOT record (photographic, screen, capture, audio and/or video), copy or download scientific results from sessions or presentations.
- Check how the Slido works (https://www.sli.do/).
Videos of recorded talks and slides for poster presentations
Videos of recorded talks and slides for poster presentations will be available through the members-only page from Friday, February 19, 2021. Videos of recorded talks will also be played for viewing through the online program.
Please note that downloading of the files is not permitted. Any kind of recording (photographic, screen, capture, audio and/or video) is prohibited.
Q&A Sessions
Q&A sessions will be held in real-time. Questions can be sent in advance through the "Slido" on the members-only webpage. Questions will also be accepted live. Please use the "raise hand" function if you wish to speak up during the live Q&A session. The session chairs will moderate the Q&A sessions.
Poster Sessions
Poster sessions will be held live using the Zoom breakout room feature. The Zoom links to the poster sessions will be available from the members-only webpage. Participants should first enter the main room and then select the breakout room that they wish to attend. Participants can move freely from one breakout room to another to hear different talks.
Questions to the poster presenters can be sent in advance or live through "Slido" on the members-only webpage. Slido rooms are separated by poster groups (Poster Group A-C). First, select the group you want to join. Then click "Add label" and check the poster number to indicate which poster your question relates to and then enter your question. Please make sure that you "Add label" when typing in your question. If you wish to speak up during the live Q&A session, please use the "raise hand" function.
