Basic Guidelines
The 2023 RIKEN BDR-CuSTOM Joint Organoid Symposium will implement the following measures to ensure the safety and security of all participants, staff and other stakeholders. We ask all attendees for their cooperation.
This symposium will be organized by following the COVID-19 measures and policy set by RIKEN and Hyogo Prefecture. Please note that these measures may change depending on the future situation of COVID-19.
Request to All Participants *Please read before the symposium
- Refrain from coming to the venue if you don't feel well
Anyone with a fever, cough, sore throat, feeling ill, or having difficulties breathing will not be allowed in the conference venue.
- Temperature check
Please take your temperatures upon entry. If you have a temperature of 37.5°C or higher, you will not be allowed in the conference venue.
- Please wear a mask
All participants are asked to wear a mask at all times.
- Wash and sanitize your hands frequently
Please wash your hands frequently and use the hand sanitizers placed at the entrance of the building or rooms to disinfect your hands.
- Ventilation
The venue will be continuously ventilated with the air conditioning system.
- Avoid crowding and ensure physical distancing
Please cooperate in avoiding crowding especially during registration and when entering and exiting the venue. Please ensure physical distance at congested times.
- Avoid talking while eating
Please avoid talking while eating. Talk after eating or wear a mask when talking.
