Attendees requiring an entry visa should submit the necessary documents no later than Sunday, January 17, 2027.
If we receive the information after the specified date, we may not be able to provide you with the necessary documents in time.
Please make sure that you inquire at the local Japanese embassy or consulate regarding the required visa and documents.
